Once you call our toll-free telephone line you will be given a Return Authorization Number [RA] that should be prominently displayed on the outside of the shipping container. A Return Authorization Number must accompany all warranty returns. No credit will be issued for any product(s) that are returned to JRM without a proper RA number.
